How does the shipping work with IXIL?

We ship your order with DHL.

An order on ixil.de can only be delivered to a delivery address in Germany, Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Ukraine, England and Austria .

Information about delivery times. When will my order arrive?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
With the shipment number in it you can always track the progress of your shipment .

If you order several items from us within one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment. In this case, the total delivery time for the goods shipment is the delivery time that applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you have to add to the delivery time indicated for each item.

Information for calculation of the delivery date.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next working day.

What does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs within Germany are 3.90 Euro flat rate. From a minimum order value of more than 50 Euro we do not charge shipping costs.  The delivery is then free of shipping costs.

The shipping costs outside Germany, within the EU with DHL are: 6.90 Euro flat rate. From a minimum order value of more than 150 Euro we do not charge shipping costs. The delivery is then free of shipping costs. 

Can I change again when and where my package will be delivered?

Yes, that’s possible! You you can do this in the e-mail sent by the shipping service provider to announce the package. In this e-mail you can choose a desired delivery location, e.g. a parcel shop or storage location. You can also change the delivery date if you will not be home on the expected delivery date.
